The firm finds its name from Late Shri SD Sharma, Advocate who was the founder of the firm. Being an original thinker and with profound legal knowledge, particularly in the area of Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law, he argued in several important Public Interest Litigations and complex Writ Petitions before Rajasthan High Court. Having served the Indian Air Force, he had a completely original value system and vision about legal education and practice. He provided legal education to several of his disciples and nurtured them in their legal practice while they remained associated with him, who later excelled in their profession.
